Vue Lite Limited Warranty

Vigo Technologies Inc ("Vigo", "the Company", "Vue", "We") warrants that your Vue Lite products and accessories (collectively, “the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with Vue’s manuals and instructions (these materials can be found at help.vueglasses.com).

If a Product is returned to Vue with a genuine defect within the Warranty Period, Vue will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law: (a) repair the Product with new or refurbished replacement components, (b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, (c) exchange the Product, with the Consumer’s consent, for a different product that is deemed functionally equivalent by Vue, or (d) refund the original purchase price. This Warranty does not apply to Products that have been damaged by accident, modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Claims Process

Vue must receive a Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period in order for the Consumer to be eligible to receive a remedy under the Warranty. In order for the claim to be considered valid under the Warranty Period, the Consumer must follow the instructions provided in this document or in other materials published by Vue.

Consumer must request and receive a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) from Vue. Consumer must return the Product to whatever address is specified in connection with their RMA. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility under this Warranty. The Consumer will pay for the cost of shipping the Product to Vue. Vue maintains the right to reject an invalid warranty claim or a Product return without an RMA. Upon rejection, Vue maintains the right to return the Product to the Consumer, and the Consumer will bear the cost of shipment. Vue may also choose to dispose of the product instead of returning it.

Replacements

For in-warranty free replacements, the warranty is not extended. The warranty validity is still counted from the date of original purchase.

For paid replacements, the warranty lasts for 6 months from payment date of the replacement unit.
